Closing of 1434 W Fillmore

We successfully closed on the purchase of a 50-unit development site in the heart of Chicago’s Little Italy neighborhood. The site is one block from Taylor Street, which boasts some of Chicago’s premier dining and retail options. Entitlements were completed in March 2024, with groundbreaking expected in early 2024.
